initial meeting
Navigating the weeks leading up to and following your wedding can be a whirlwind. Allow us to bring calm to the chaos with a detailed outline and timeline, ensuring you know exactly what to expect from us.

BOOKING
Let’s hop on a quick call where we’ll learn all about who you are, what you envision for your wedding day and which services you’re interested in. After you sign the custom proposal we’ve created for you, pay your 30% deposit to save the date and we’re officially in business!

one month before
We tell all of our couples that we’re happy to communicate as much as they want to. So if you’d like to touch base before this, just reach out! Our one month call is a check in focusing on specific details we’ll need for your wedding and how you’re feeling. Your final balance is also due 30 days before your wedding.

wedding day!
Don’t worry about a thing! We already know what time to show up and which moments are most important for you to have captured. Your job is to enjoy the day. Think of us as your creative hype-team, here to capture all the wedding goodness while you relax and soak it all in.

Our last check in before your big day (yay!) to make sure we’re on the same page.

Expect prompt video delivery between four and six months from your wedding date. We can’t wait for you to see the magic
